Martin Conroy: Get to Know the Force Behind All Force Labour Solutions

Although All Force Labour Solutions was established just a few years ago in 2013, the idea for it came about long before that.

Having worked on various sites in and around Perth, as well as in the northern regions of Western Australia, All Force Labour Solutions’ Managing Director Martin Conroy was able to amass 15 years’ worth of experience in the construction and mining industries. He worked as a formwork carpenter on various construction sites in the United Kingdom including many major landmarks and structures built there such as Wembley Stadium.

Martin’s years of involvement in various construction and mining settings allowed him to see first-hand that most agency workers lacked the experience, motivation, and knowledge necessary to be good at their job. It appeared to Martin that the companies that hire these people were simply filling positions to make up the numbers, without placing much importance on finding a suitable candidate for the job.

A Golden Opportunity

Seeing the opportunity to supply building companies with workers of better quality, Martin shifted his career path to a different direction. He sensed that there was a need for labour hire companies to develop their staff and ultimately become what building companies needed them to be: suppliers of exceptional, motivated, reliable, and flexible workers. Thus, Martin set out to establish All Force Labour Solutions and become Perth’s leading labour supplier to the construction industry.

What Labour Solutions Is All About

Martin’s firm belief is that labour and recruitment services shouldn’t be about simply sending any applicant to work. Instead, it should involve sending the right candidate with the right experience, knowledge and ability, and who can produce quality work across the line for all the company’s partners. Candidates should also have the right motivation, attitude, and initiative, as well as the willingness to interact with other workers in a healthy manner and be a team player.

Looking Ahead

The success of the company and its partners means that Martin has achieved his goal. Fortunately, he has no plans to sit back and looks forward to continuing to provide the skilled and experienced workers needed by Australia’s construction and mining industries for many years to come.
